HGJC - Visual defect detection equipment is used to detect the size/defects of glass.

1. The top of the equipment is equipped with two high-definition line scanning cameras, which are illuminated by the line scanning light source at the bottom. By scanning the glass online, it can detect whether the surface hole processing and surface quality of the glass meet the standard.

2. Two high-definition area array cameras are equipped in the middle of the equipment (glass running surface), which can detect whether the quality of glass grinding and chamfering meets the standard through the combination of light source illumination.

3. The transmission roller table adopts multiple synchronous belts for transmission, ensuring that the glass passes through the detection smoothly.
